All your going to need is a metal spoon and a small silver colored coin such as a dime or a quarter.
The coin is placed in your hand so that it sits just above the handle of the spoon. When the spoon is gripped, the audience should think that it is the actual end of the spoon.
The spoon is then held and bent back and forward as shown in the video below.
Make sure that you are positioned in front of your audience so that they can't see that the spoon is not actually being bent. From their angle, they should be totally convinced.
